He knows exactly who Yoda is and what he can do, fearing that his involvement will no doubt ruin all of their plans (whatever those plans may be). Unsurprisingly, Yoda's impressive heroics are noticed and quickly recognized by the Nihil's leader.Īs soon as the Nihil's leader notices the presence of the Jedi Grand Master, he orders his men to pull back their assault and to retreat out of the system. Not only does the extremely powerful Yoda lead the charge against the evil marauders, he also counters several of their attacks, at one point leaping in front of his Padawans in order block a blast from a powerful Nihil energy weapon with an expertly timed lightsaber strike. Star Wars: High Republic Adventures #2 from writer Daniel José Older and artist Harvey Tolibao sees Jedi Masters Yoda and Buck arriving to assist their students to face of the Nihil.
